1. EFFICIENCY CRITERIA DEFINITION FOR THE BEST PRACTICES
Definition of which are the criteria to identify good practices in terms of efficiency, such as applicability, transferability, period of implementation, cost, scope, target groups, created jobs, saving time ... The gender perspective will be present in whole analyses. Link to document
2. ANALYSYS OF GOOD PRACTICES
Identification of relevant policy makers and organizations and entities working in the Personal and Household Services Sector and creation, by every organization, of a Data Base with contacts.
Each consortium organization do interviews to its target groups and identify an average of 4 good practices each one. So, 20 good practices will be identified all over Europe.
The good practices are identified. This analysis considers different territorial and political levels (local, regional and national) and stakeholder actions taking into account their specific framework in terms of legislation, social dialogue, methods of coordination, innovation support system…
There is a categorization of the good practices to publish Good Practices Guide. The Guide collects the good practices identified, and it will be published in an electronic format. Link to document.
3. PROPOSAL OF POLICIES AND ACTIONS AND METHODOLOGY FOR IMPLEMENTATION
Production of a PHS Research and Proposals Guide. On the basis of the Good Practices identified it will be developed a PHS Research and Proposals Guide about policies, measures and actions to be carried out with the aim of achieving efficiency in the PHS sector. It will include the Good Practices, the Policies and Actions Proposal and the Implementation Methodology.
The Guide will be edited and published in a book and in electronic format. Link to document.
3. TRANSFER IN INTERNATIONAL NETWORKS
Transferring of the results of the project, specially the PHS Research and Proposals Guide, document in which the main products of the project will be gathered: Good Practices, Policies and Actions Proposal and Implementation Methodology.
The transference of the PHS Research and Proposals Guide will be done to the following target groups:
- Local, regional and national Governments
- Non-profit associations
- Companies working in the PHS Sector
- Civil Society
